Zohar Zisapel is Chairman of RAD Group, founded it in 1981 together with his brother, Yehuda. In a relatively short period, RAD Group has grown into a group of 14 companies. Prior to founding RAD Group, Zohar served as head of the Electronic Research Department of the Ministry of Defense in Tel Aviv and received the Israel Defense Prize in 1979.
Yehuda Zisapel founded the RAD Group in 1981, together with his brother Zohar. Yehuda contributes to a number of innovative programs that benefit the community, including scholarships for outstanding university students majoring in engineering and computer science.
Chemi Peres is a Managing General Partner and Co-Founder of the Pitango Venture Capital, Israel′s largest venture capital firm which manages funds in excess of $1 billion in committed capital. In 1992, he founded the Mofet Israel Technology Fund, an Israeli venture capital fund publicly traded on the TASE (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange), which he managed until 1996, when he co-founded Pitango.

Sharon Sher founded RADWIN in 1997 and has been serving as its President and CEO ever since. Previously, Mr. Sher held various team and project management positions in an elite R&D unit of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, with emphasis on telecommunication systems and wireless communications.
