Position Description:
Design, develop, and maintain Real Time / Embedded software, as part of Radwin’s innovative line of products
Taking part of development life cycle (SRS, SDD, Development, Unit Testing, etc.)
Position Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering or higher degree from a known university - must
1-3 years’ experience on C++ design and programming - must
Expertise in coding, analyzing, and troubleshooting in an embedded environment - must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telecom companies - advantage
Knowledge of communication and wireless protocols - advantage
Experience working with VxWorks OS, Linux - advantage
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product roadmap, and working closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Support to ensure that company strategic goals ,objectives and customer satisfaction are met.
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process (include beta trials and pilot programs)
Develop the core positioning of the product
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Develop products documentation and technical collaterals for sale tools
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager
4 years of experience in the wireless broadband market / products
System engineering and Technical background, with experience in Cellular telecommunications (mandatory)
System engineering and Technical background, with experience in Wifi technology (advantage)
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor′s degree (MBA preferred)
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven success in managing cross-functional processes and matrix projects
Responsible for administration issues and handling various office functions: running the reception desk, answering phone calls, welcoming quests, ordering office/refreshment supplies, summoning meetings etc.
Supporting and assisting employees and management in day to day office matters
