Mr. Sher founded RADWIN in 1997 and has been President and CEO ever since. He had previously held management positions in an elite R&D unit of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, with emphasis on telecommunication systems and wireless communications. He has a masters degree in electronics engineering from Tel Aviv University and a degree in mathematics and physics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Mr. Weinberg joined RADWIN in 2007, responsible for the Business and Operations departments as Worldwide Sales, Marketing & BD, Professional Services and Operations. Mr Weinberg has been in the Telecom Sector for more than 15 years, served previously as COO of the Customer Business Division at Alvarion LTD and before as CFO of InnoWave Wireless Systems. Mr. Weinberg has an MBA in Marketing and a MA in Economics and Management from the Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Nativ leads the global business development activities at RADWIN. Working out of the company’s North America HQ, Mr. Nativ is responsible for the development of strategic business growth engines in the carrier market as well as the establishment of strategic alliances with leading global telecom vendors. Prior to this position, Mr. Nativ served as RADWIN’s Vice President of Marketing & BD for over 7 years. Previously, he worked with Actelis Networks as Director of Business Development and held management positions in an elite R&D unit of the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Mr. Nativ has a Masters degree in electronic and communication systems engineering from Tel Aviv University and a degree in electronic engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
Mr. Hayzler joined RADWIN in 2012. He leads the marketing and vertical business development activities at RADWIN. Nir has over 15 years of experience in various senior marketing and business positions in the telecom and security sectors. Prior to joining RADWIN, Mr. Hayzler served as VP Product Marketing for NICE Security solutions. Prior to that he held marketing and business development positions at Teledata Networks, ADC Telecommunications Inc. and ECI Telecom. Mr. Hayzler holds an MBA and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Ben-Sinai is responsible for the Research and Development department in RADWIN. Mr. Ben-Sinai joined RADWIN in 2012 after serving in several executive positions, among which as: COO & VP R&D for Orpak Systems , VP R&D and Delivery for 888 Holdings, VP & GM ICD Business Unit for Comverse. Mr. Ben-Sinai holds a Masters of Business Administration in finance and performance analysis from Tel-Aviv university and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computering from Tel-Aviv University.
Mr. Turgeman joined RADWIN in 1997 and today leads all aspects of the company′s product management activities. Previously, Mr. Turgeman held a number of management positions in R&D, lastly as the company′s Vice President of R&D. Prior to joining RADWIN, Mr. Turgeman was an Application Team Leader in Applied Materials. Mr. Turgeman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Kapon is responsible for identifying and implementing new technological developments in RADWIN products. Mr. Kapon joined RADWIN in 1997 as Software R&D Manager. Prior to joining RADWIN, Mr. Kapon managed an R&D software group for Applied Materials, the largest supplier of equipment and services to the global semiconductor industry. Mr. Kapon holds a Masters of Science degree from the Weizmann Institute of Science - Rehovot and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Mr. Weitzman joined RADWIN in 2000 and today leads the company′s Professional Services global organization. Previously, Mr. Weitzman held a number of R&D and Professional Services management positions in RADWIN. Prior to joining RADWIN, Mr. Weitzman held an R&D position in RAD Data Communications. Mr. Weitzman holds a Bachelor degree (B.Sc) in Electronic Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
Mr. Colbeci is responsible for developing and managing RADWIN′s Operations department. Prior to joining RADWIN, Mr. Colbeci served as VP Operations at Innowave, a wireless local loop company, where he built and managed Innowave′s production capabilities, with an output of more than $120M per year. Prior to that, Mr. Colbeci was part of the founding team of TallaCom, the SINCGARS’s Tadiran manufacturing facility in USA. Mr. Cobeci has vast experience in electronic production, logistics, process automation and manufacturing engineering. Mr. Colbeci holds a Masters of Science degree from the Technion, Haifa, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ben-Gurion University.
Ms. Mory joined RADWIN in 2000, and is responsible for human resources recruiting and training, as well as for developing and executing RADWIN′s welfare and social benefits policy. Prior to joining RADWIN, Ms. Mory served at Intel′s Training department. Ms. Mory began her career over 11 years ago as an interviewer and diagnostician in a Milo consulting institution and as a personnel recruiter in diverse High-Tech companies. Ms. Mory holds a degree in Psychology from Haifa University.
Ms. Zahar joined RADWIN in 2008, and today leads the Finance department as Vice president of Finance. Prior to joining RADWIN, Ms. Zahar worked at the Finance Department of Perrigo, a global company that deals with healthcare products and was a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young one of the world’s largest Financial professional services firms. Ms. Zahar is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA in financial management from Tel-Aviv University and a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
