The Case Management System enhances the quality of service through reduced response and resolution times. This is secured via online call, tracking and status review together with FAQs for greater customer satisfaction.

Check Warranty Tool

The Check Warranty Tool provides an easy way to check the expiry date of your product. By entering the product serial number through the check warranty tool, customers can receive the product expiry date within seconds.

Documentation

RADWIN’s provides partners with an easy and intuitive way to find variant types of documents such as: User Manuals, Datasheet, Technical Guidelines, Release Notes and more. Find and download documents within seconds.

Introduction to RADWIN’s WinLink 1000 & RADWIN 2000 radio systems.
Duration: 2 days, Prerequisites: Familiarity with RF technology, 802.1p/q and TDM.
High Capacity Point-to-Multi Point (HPMP) Course
Introduction to RADWIN 5000 HPMP radio system.
Duration: 2 days, Prerequisites: Familiarity with RF technology, 802.1p/q and TDM.
RADWIN NMS (RNMS) Course
Introduction to RADWIN’s NMS platform (RNMS).
Duration: 1 day, Prerequisites: Completion of the PtP and/or HPMP course.
RADWIN RF Planning Tool (R-Planner) Course
Introduction to RADWIN′s RF Planning Tool (R-Planner), including definition of spectrum criteria, detection and avoidance of mutual interferences and report generation.
Duration: 1 day, Prerequisites: Completion of the PtP or HPMP course.
RADWIN Technologies Course
Review of Technologies and concepts such as ODFM and QoS.
Duration: 1 day, Prerequisites: None.
