Consultant Sales Engineer (ref. 638)

We are looking for a Consultant Sales Engineer to support our sales organization in Chile. In this position, the CSE will be responsible for initiating, maintaining and developing strategic relationship with our customers and partners in Chile. The role involves significant internal and external interactions with customer´s executives at different levels such as, CTO, CMO, COO and directors in order to develop a relationship of trust that allow them to grow their business throughout our products and solutions.

The CSE will support our sales team, working hand in hand, in a wide variety of activities that require both technical and commercial skills. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong RF technical background but also a strong business focus. The CSE will be responsible for generating passion and enthusiasm for RADWIN amongst our customers and partners community, showing them the benefits of being a RADWIN business partner.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support our sales team to increase the revenues in the Chilean market, both in TELCOs and Vertical markets.
  • Generate trust, commitment and passion for RADWIN among customers and partners.
  • Coordinate sales and technical training for customers and partners.
  • Responsible for PoCs, from both technical and commercial scope definition to conclusion and validation by the customer.
  • Develop and executes with each sales director the best approach and strategy to each customer and become a true trusted advisor.
  • Analyze and consolidate customers’ feedback into roadmap recommendations, working ‘real-time’ with customers and with RADWIN different departments to ensure product is seen as a significant asset for our customers and partners.

Position Requirments: 

  • 7+ years’ experience in consulting sales working both with carriers and system integrators.
  • Strong RF technical background and understanding of BWA technologies and applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Open to travel.
