Director of Sales Operations – North America (ref. 693)


Reports to: General Manager US & Canada



  • Receive, process and invoice customer purchase orders
  • Manage purchase order and RMA logistics
  • Manage stocking levels with stocking distributors
  • Act as Tier 1 administrator for inbound customer commercial requests
  • Create and distribute regular sales and activity reports
  • Manage North America price list and non-standard customer pricing process
  • Manage indirect channels rebate process
  • Act as interface to 3rd party services companies in support of North America Sales and support processes and systems
  • Act as primary administration interface to corporate HR, Marketing, Production and Finance organizations
  • Provide assistance as requested to North America GM and his organization


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting sales operations through indirect channels (at a communications networking vendor preferred)
  • BA/BS Degree (Finance or Marketing preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience in import/export logistics a plus
  • US located (Central or East preferred)
