Inside Sales Manager (ref. 642)


Reports to: GM USA

The Inside Sales Manager will qualify and develop leads for the field sales team.  The person fulfilling this position will have experience with fixed wireless sales into the value-added reseller market within North America.  The Inside Sales Manager will have experience working with VARs and end customers.  The Inside Sales Manager will have customer experience working inside sales with the reseller and distributor base, helping to increase sales and mind-share with our independent partners.



  • Calling, qualifying and developing new leads as they pertain to the RADWIN sales strategy
  • Cold calling end customers.§  Maintain relations with the existing VAR base
  • Recruit new customers and VARs and to help RADWIN upscale the independent VAR channel
  • Work with the Channel Manager to better communicate with resellers and distributors
  • Report on sales growth within the VAR and Distributor base
  • Continue to work with the Sales team to constantly find the best way to interface with the VAR base
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with the RADWIN Sales Directors, RADWIN Operators Director and RADWIN Professional Services


Position Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Business or Technical
  • Candidate must have 2+ years of telecommunications equipment sales, with specialization in IP and /or RF
  • Experienced in a start-up company environment
  • A proven track record with the end customer and channel sales is essential
  • Very good understanding of networking, internetworking and telecommunications
  • Self-driven, and often self-sufficient, the Inside Sales Manager will cover North America
  • Possess superior skill in value/consultative selling
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, formal sales training
