Pre-Sale Manager (PSM)

Reports to: GM Middle East, South & East Africa

 

We are looking for a Consultant PSM to support our sales organization in the South and East Africa region. In this position, the PSM will be responsible for the full technical account management within the region, including initiating, maintaining and developing strategic relationships with our customers and partners in the region, whilst promoting RADWIN offerings and technical benefits. The role involves significant internal and external interactions with customer´s executives at different levels such as, CTO, CMO, COO and Directors in order to develop a relationship of trust that allows them to grow their business utilising RADWIN products and solutions.

 

The PSM will support our sales team in a wide variety of activities that require both technical and commercial skills. Ideal candidates need to have excellent communication skills, strong RF technical background, proven experience and track record in the Telecommunication industry whilst having a strong business understanding. The PSM will be responsible for generating passion and enthusiasm for RADWIN amongst our customers and partner’s community, showing them the benefits of being a RADWIN customer and/or business partner.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Technical and commercial support of our sales team to increase the revenues in the region, both in TELCOs and Strategic Industry markets.
  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
  • Ensure efficient Technical Account Management within the customer base including:
    • Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
    • Attending meetings with the sales team and acting as a technical expert.
    • Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
    • Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
    • Define, guide and design the best solutions to fit customer requirements and needs and ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
    • Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
    • Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
    • Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
    • Manage and handle of all technical selling activities and Tender/RFP responses
    • Define, guide and design the best solutions to fit customer requirements and needs.
    • Generate trust, commitment and passion for RADWIN among customers and partners.
    • Coordinate and execute sales and technical training for customers and partners.
    • Responsible to manage and execute demonstrations/PoCs, both from technical and commercial aspects
    • In conjunction with the sales director, develop and execute, the best strategy and approach for each customer and become a truly trusted advisor internally and externally.
  • Present RADWIN offerings in roadshows, exhibition and conferences
  • Understand, analyse and consolidate market requirements and work internally to ensure implementation in RADWIN products

Position Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience working as PSM, directly with carriers and system integrators
  • Strong RF technical background and understanding of Broadband Wireless Access market, technologies and applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team working skill with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize of work
  • Strong communication capabilities with proven experience in customer engagements
  • Willing to travel 60 – 70% of working schedule
