Global Recruitment Manager (ref. 670)

We are looking for a leader, a talented and passionate professional to join our amazing and dynamic HR team.
The desired candidate is a creative thinker, who has proven global recruitment experience and has experience working for other Hi-Tech companies.
Direct management of one recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the yearly hiring strategic plan, on time and in high quality
- Build the employer branding strategy
- Responsible for leading the full life cycle of the hiring process and make it the most effective
- Identify, integrate and manage all recruiting related vendors and tools
- Establish effective cooperation with the hiring managers and vendors to assess recruiting progress, future hiring plans, obstacles and challenges, and collaborate with respect to recruiting activities and strategies
- Identify, prioritize and lead initiatives to ensure RADWIN is providing a high standard candidate experience
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Recruitment Manager, leading the recruitment process from A to Z in global Hi-Tech companies
- Experience conducting face to face interviews and excellent assessment skills
- Technology recruiting experience preferred and networking in the relevant content world
- Excellent English
- Self-starter who loves taking the initiative
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
