Training and Knowledge Manager (ref 694)

Reports to: Senior Director Pre-sales and Services

 

The Training and Knowledge Manager is responsible in managing RADWIN Academy and he is responsible in creating the company’s entire education material database, in promoting the training and company’s knowledge assets, in creating training and development plans and in performing training sessions as part of the service offered to the company business customers, partners and employees.

 

Responsibilities Summary:  

  • Managing the company global training Academy – as part of the Presales and service group – Global Professional Services.
  • Identifying and evaluating current & future training needs and materials based on the learning requirements of the company customers and partners
  • Development of the company go-to-market training strategy and follow up its implementation
  • Creating advanced training solutions and deploying a wide variety of training methods
  • Developing and implementing company training catalogue, guidelines, tools and processes and be a training resource
  • Managing and creating the entire training database content and knowledge management
  • Introducing new techniques and methods for learning, including developing e-learning programs and content on the company global LMS platform
  • Ability to plan, develop, arrange and conduct training programs to the company’s business customers, partners and employees
  • Preparing partners yearly certification training plans and creation of completed certifications documents

 

Position Requirements:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in training and knowledge management – A must
  • Excellent written, verbal interpersonal communication and leadership skills
  • Wide background in the technology of telecommunication and its market and knowledge in Wireless
  • Highly motivated, responsible, a leader with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strategic, creative mindset with the ability to plan ahead
  • Initiative, good independent with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams in the company
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods – LMS and e-learning
  • An in-depth understanding of up to date market training tools
  • MBA – advantage
  • Experience working with SalesForce
  • Fluent English with the polished style of writing. An additional language – advantage
  • Willingness for 20% travel per year
