You will be joining RADWIN’s Applications team working with the Product manager and software developers to define, design, and implement innovative solutions for both web and mobile.



  • Research, design and prototype new user experience based on product requirements
  • Deliverables include designing use case & scenarios exploration, wireframes & prototypes, mockups of screens and flows, production of visual assets and design guides documentation required for proper implementation of the designs
  • Review & Approve visuals and ensure the team deliverables meet the highest design standard
  • Keep consistency of UX & UI behaviour among our products
  • Keep updated on the latest design trends and the newest apps in the market
  • Support multiple web and mobile projects at the same time
  • Define visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developers


Position Requirements:

  • Exceptional online portfolio
  • Strong fundamentals in design, illustration, typography, colour and strong attention to details
  • A skilled problem solver, able to understand highly complex problems and design out of the box solutions that bring simplicity and improve user experience
  • Proven experience with responsive web design and mobile applications; Very strong knowledge of mobile design patterns and guidelines for both Android and iOS
  • Ability to create an entire design flow: brainstorming ideas, sketching concepts, wire-framing and prototyping, design implementation and delivery to R&D
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
