Regional Sales Director - West Region

About The Position

RADWIN is a global provider of advanced broadband wireless communications.

The solutions we develop include point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and wireless mobility systems which enable our customers to deploy reliable communications infrastructure for lightning-fast wireless transfer of voice, data and video, meeting the needs of telecommunications providers, mobile operators, and private networks – with applications including smart cities, public transport networks, security, airports and more.

The Regional Sales Director Great Lakes will be responsible for managing revenue development and sales growth for the North American West Region. The Region will include a group of 12-14 contiguous US states and Canada provinces that reach to the west coast of US and Canada. The Sales Director will work closely with RADWIN indirect Channel Partners and the end customer directly to create demand for RADWIN solutions. 

What you will be doing:

  • Research and develop new business opportunities for Radwin, specifically with telecommunications Service Providers that offer or plan to offer fixed wireless access services and Commercial customers in market segments that make use of broadband wireless solutions such as Public Safety, Oil & Gas, Utilities and Transportation.
  • Create the Demand for Radwin Products with specific target accounts achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the North America Channels Sales Director to identify, develop and maintain the proper Channel Partners required to effectively cover the region.
  • Coordinate with Radwin Pre-Sales Engineering and Professional Services team members to move customers through the full customer sale life cycle.


  • Five or more years of telecommunications equipment sales, with specialization in IP networking or Radio solutions. 
  • A proven track record in a direct and indirect channel sales environment.
  • Good understanding of networking and telecommunications technologies and market ecosystem. 
  • Self-driven, self-sufficient, and ready to travel 50% or more of the time.
  • Possess superior skill in value/consultative selling.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, formal sales training.
  • Demonstrated success leading all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Experience selling Fixed Wireless Access solutions preferred.
  • Experienced in a start-up company environment preferred.
  • Degree in Business or Technical field.
