Regional Sales Director - West Africa

The Regional Sales Director (WA) will be responsible for managing revenue development and sales growth for Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Burkina, Niger, Mali, and other West African countries... The Sales Director will work closely with RADWIN indirect Channel Partners and the end customer directly to create demand for RADWIN solutions. 

Reporting directly to the General Manager REWNA, the Regional Sales Director (WA) will ultimately be measured on the success of the Sales in his region.

What you will be doing:

  • Research and develop new business opportunities for RADWIN, specifically with telecommunications Service Providers that offer or plan to offer fixed wireless access services and Commercial customers in market segments that make use of broadband wireless solutions such as Banking, Governments, armies, and Public Safety, and Oil & Gas.
  • Create the Demand for RADWIN Products with specific target accounts achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Gain revenue by developing in each country the correct eco-system including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Define a territory sales plan, identifying new partners to secure current and new growth segments.
  • Manage properly sales forecasts and quarterly reports.
  • Manage and resolve indirect sales conflicts
  • Execute a regional GTM plan to address current and growth segments
  • Onboarding of new partners and distributors, including sales training
  • Work closely with Region Sales and Presales team to facilitate partnership between the teams
  • Understand and communicate the company’s value proposition and culture of high ethics
  • Work with Sales Engineer, agents, and subcontractors 
  • Work with Salesforce system


  • Track record of success in direct and channel sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, wireless broadband industry.
  • Deep understanding of the region, and the decision-makers in the territory.
  • Fluent written and spoken France and English
  • Proven track record of identifying and delivering annual sales.
  • Excellent “out of the box” mentality in corporate structure
  • Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Sales with strong Sales and Management Skills.
  • The ability to sell Telecom solutions in different vertical markets.
  • Recruiting and managing Channels and maintaining relations with top partners and end-users.
  • Experience in Carriers, Telecom Service Providers, Government projects, WISPs, Security, and Utility.
  • Cooperating with internal departments in the company as marketing, product manager, commercial unit,...
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation skills and strong presentation skills
  • Experience working with NGOs
