Submit a request for online technical support or RMA assistance by logging into RADWIN Partner Portal with your email and password, then enter the Case Management System under the “Customer Services” section.
If you don’t have access to RADWIN’s Partner Portal, select “Register”, then complete the form to receive your access details.
Service and support of RADWIN products are provided through an extensive group of globally located distributors who have direct access to our support system.
Contact your local distributor to obtain the required service and support.
If you don’t know who your distributor is, just send us the S/N of the product and we will check and update accordingly.
