RADWIN is looking for a sharp and passionate HRBP (HR Business Partner) and Welfare Manager to join our HR team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying and assessing employee welfare needs
• Organizing events and activities in order to cultivate relations between employees
• Managing the Community Contribution program
• Managing Internal global and local communications (workplace, etc.)
• Act as a trusted HR business partner for managers across the employee life cycle: recruitment, performance management, completion of mid-year and annual performance reviews and ensure performance gaps are addressed
• Act as the HR focal point for the employees and managers
• Proactively support the implementation of HR Processes


  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner from a global High-Tech
  • Global experience – an advantage
  • Relevant Bachelor degree; Master degree – an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Team Player
  • Project Management Skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
