HRBP and Global OD Manager

Tel Aviv, Israel

We are looking for an HRBP and OD Manager, to join our incredible HR team.
In this position, you will provide HR support and gaudiness for one or more departments, including design, plan and implement global initiatives and programs, onboarding of new employees, and more.
In addition, you will be responsible to build, design and implement global Organizational Development and learning, from devising the strategy, surveying the requirements, initiating the process, and building annual plans/programs, including implementation and KPI measurements post-implementation.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead HR processes within the department
  • Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development and leadership coaching
  • Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Create talent strategy for the department, including people and managers development programs
  • Initiating, developing, and implementing telnet development programs and excellence programs
  • Establish and implement leadership programs
  • Managing the cross-company evaluation process
  • Building career development programs
  • Conduct learning needs analysis with business managers
  • Responsibility for organizational surveys
  • Responsibility for training management, e-learning, onboarding program, and more

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as HRBP/HR Manager in a Global Hi-Tech company
  • Familiar with best practice people processes and experienced in coaching managers
  • Demonstrates project management and change management experience
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in leading or implementing cross-organization development and learning programs
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

Marketing Communications & Content Manager

We are looking for a professional and experienced Marcom & Content Manager to manage global online and offline corporate marketing events. In addition, you’ll be responsible for creating a majority of the marketing content. For this, you will need to obtain an in-depth understanding of the market and our products.

 

What you will be doing:

  • End to end management of corporate online /offline events, fully aligning on objectives, strategy, and delivery plan
  • Full analysis of post-event results to improve the event strategy
  • Content creation:
  1. Product marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, video scripts & more
  2.  Outbound communications: Press releases, case studies, blog posts & articles, social media content, website copy etc.
  3. Content creation plan management including deliverables, timelines, and publishing calendar
  • Develop new sales materials, social media campaigns to educate on the value of the products/services offered
  • Support new product commercialization, assist with messaging, creative concept development, and tactical execution.
  • Actively contribute to the social media content strategy, working with the digital marketing team to drive awareness and engagement.

 

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker with an excellent command of written English
  •  Proven experience in end-to-end event management
  • Relevant knowledge of Go-to-Webinar and other online event tools an advantage
  • Proven experience in creating content for B2B Tech companies, with 3+ years in a similar role,
  • Proven experience in content creation for websites and social media channels
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies a big advantage
  • Knowledge of keyword placement, SEO, web traffic and content consumption metrics an advantage
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms a big advantage
  • Knowledge of online project management tools (Monday.com or similar) a big advantage

Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a professional and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our great Marketing team and lead the digital and marketing automation processes. A high-level of experience is required to provide actionable insights that will help drive new business and generate brand awareness in the relevant market segments.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and define KPIs to measure performance of marketing channels and activities, converting data into actionable insights for marketing
  • Identify and drive new growth initiatives to improve marketing performance
  • Develop & drive global digital marketing campaigns including Email marketing and PPC campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on account-based marketing
  • Design and execute a comprehensive market segmentation strategy for personalized, targeted communications
  • Drive all marketing automation processes, including scoring models, nurture flows and rules, and implement industry-wide best practices
  • Build a lead nurturing strategy to optimize the conversion of leads into customers, working closely with the SDR function
  • Oversee website and social media maintenance, performance & optimization

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years proven experience in digital marketing / paid acquisition & running B2B campaigns
  • Hands-on technical proficiency with HubSpot. Salesforce an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge and proven hands-on experience in using demand generation tools and ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO principles and ranking factors
  • Experience with CRO and A/B testing
  • Data-driven analytical thinker with passion for numbers, dashboards, reports & analysis
  • Strong technical orientation, high attention to detail, consistently striving for delivering at the highest level and exceeding KPI goals
  • A team player and great communicator, capable of leading projects end-to-end and driving collaboration across teams
  • Experience with HTML, CSS & WordPress an advantage
  • High level of English, written and spoken
