We are looking for a Consultant Pre Sales Engineer to support our sales organization in Spain. In this position, the PSE will be responsible for initiating, maintaining and developing strategic relationship with our customers and partners in the UK, while promoting RADWIN offerings and technical benefits. The role involves significant internal and external interactions with customer´s executives at different levels such as, CTO, CMO, COO and Directors in order to develop a relationship of trust that allow them to grow their business throughout our products and solutions.

The PSE will support our sales team, working hand in hand, in a wide variety of activities that require both technical and commercial skills. Ideal candidates need to have excellent communication skills, strong RF technical background, proven experience in the Telecommunication industry and strong business understanding. The PSE will be responsible for generating passion and enthusiasm for RADWIN amongst our customers and partner’s community, showing them the benefits of being a RADWIN business partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical and commercial support of our sales team to increase the revenues in the Spain market, both in TELCOs and Vertical markets.
  • Manage and handle of all technical selling activities and RFXs responses
  • Define, guide and design the best solutions to fit customer needs, to assure win
  • Generate trust, commitment and passion for RADWIN among customers and partners.
  • Coordinate and execute sales and technical training for customers and partners.
  • Responsible to manage and execute demo/PoCs, both from technical and commercial aspects

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience working as PSE, directly with carriers and system integrators
  • Strong RF technical background and understanding of BWA market, technologies and applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team working skill with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize of work
  • Strong communication capabilities with proven experience in customer engagements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Open to travel.

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for managing the development and growth for the Region. Radwin does not sell direct and thus relies on its Sales Directors to manage and develop the proper Channel Partners required to grow its business. The Channel Director will be responsible for managing the channel development and growth for the Region. The Channel Director will work closely with the Tier One and Tier Two Channel Partners. In order to assure success, the Channel Director will act as a sales coach for the Channel Partners by setting goals and measuring and driving performance of the partners’ sales resources, including the development and management of relationships with key personnel in assigned Channel Partners

  • Identify, develop and maintain the proper Channel Partners required to effectively cover the region.
