We are looking for a Manager of Organizational Development and Training, to join our incredible HR team.

You will have Global responsibility for organizational development and training processes.

As part of this position, you will manage the complete scope of Organizational Development and Training, from devising the strategy, surveying the requirements, initiating process and building annual plans/programs, including implementation and KPI measurements post implementation.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the establishment and implementation of Leadership programs (Organizational Development Programs for the Senior Management, Mid-Management and Junior Managers and Leadership related Forums)
  • Responsible for the cross-company evaluation process
  • Responsible for initiating, developing, and implementing telnet development programs and excellence programs
  • Building career development programs
  • Conduct learning needs analysis with business managers
  • General Activities in the worlds of organizational culture, vision, values, behaviours, processes of change and cross-organizational processes

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in leading learning and development domain in a Global Hi-Tech company – Must

Components Engineer (ref. 683)

We are looking for enthusiastic, hands on person who will join our Engineering group as a Components Eng.

Our Component Eng. Will work closely with internal and external interfaces such as the R&D, procurement, and different sub- contractors.

You will play an important role in defying and selecting of components across all company products and technologies with attention to functionality, quality, availability, and cost.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain and update of the components database.
  • Monitor and resolve multiple component sources and lifecycle issues.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in electrical engineering. Practical engineer will be considered.
  • Experience of minimum 3 years in a similar roll
  • 3 years of experience in components engineering in mass production environment – A must
  • Vast and proven experience in components technologies, materials and design considerations
  • Knowledge and experience with database maintain in PDM environment. Experience with Agile PDM – An advantage

The Automation System Integration Engineer will be responsible for integrate and test multidisciplinary embedded wireless systems (SW) in the R&D group.
As part of the group, you will participate in software integration process (CI), including end-to-end system testing, executing and analysis.

We are looking for an experienced regulation engineer (with an option to become a team leader), to manage and support regulation procedures, testing efforts (in-house and external test labs), documentation, cost estimates and delivery time.
