We are looking for a talented software engineer for the Software Automation team. Responsible for the development, deployment, maintenance and support of the software tools solution. The role includes development. The solutions developed by the team is used by critical business groups across the organization.

The developer need to gather requirements, understand, design and develop solutions to improve Quality of the product-lines.


Position Requirements:

The desired candidate should be very strong technically and an independent learner who is curious about technology and thinks outside the box

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
    • proven experience as an Automation Developer
  • Experience as a Software Developer & software design
    • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, C#, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. NodeJs, Git)
    • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
    • Excellent communication skills

Senior DevOps Engineer (ref. 666)

We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer to join our software team.

You will be responsible for setting up CI/CD pipelines for different environments.

Support deployment process on cloud services as AWS with ECS & EKS and on-premises with OpenShift, on Windows & Linux machines.

Working with Dockers, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, Ansible etc.

Guaranteeing health through monitors and alerts and self-healing toolset for our environments.

Process our application’s logs and present monitors and analytics dashboards.

We are looking for a technical Development Program Manager, who can lead a matrix organization of multiple teams and disciplines of RF, real-time SW, networking, apps, HW and system engineering in both project management and technical domains

Radwin’s ATE team is responsible for the design, build and maintenance of the company production testing setups, both HW and SW.

The ATE Team Leader will be responsible for leading ATE Projects from concept stage to the production of various types of company wireless products.

The position combines working with multiple interfaces across the company, creativity, multitasking and independency.

Regional Sales Director – Great Lakes Region (ref. 674)


Reports to:  GM North America


The Regional Sales Director Great Lakes will be responsible for managing revenue development and sales growth for the Region. The Region includes the US states of OH, IN, MI, IL, WI and MN and Canada provinces of ON, QC, NS, NB, PE, NL, and MB. The Sales Director will work closely with RADWIN indirect Channel Partners and the end customer directly to create demand for RADWIN solutions.


Position Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Research and develop new business opportunities for Radwin, specifically with telecommunications Service Providers that offer or plan to offer fixed wireless access services and Commercial customers in market segments that make use of broadband wireless solutions such as Public Safety, Oil & Gas, Utilities and Transportation
  • Create the Demand for Radwin Products with specific target accounts achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Coordinate with the North America Channels Sales Director to identify, develop and maintain the proper Channel Partners required to effectively cover the region
  • Coordinate with Radwin Pre-Sales Engineering and Professional Services team members to move customers through the full customer sale life cycle
  • Five or more years of telecommunications equipment sales, with specialization in IP networking or Radio solutions
  • A proven track record in a direct and indirect channel sales environment
  • Good understanding of networking and telecommunications technologies and market ecosystem
  • Self-driven, self-sufficient, and ready to travel 50% or more of the time
  • Possess superior skill in value/consultative selling
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, formal sales training
  • Demonstrated success leading all stages of the sales cycle

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on person who will join our Engineering group as a Components Eng.

Our Component Eng. Will work closely with internal and external interfaces such as the R&D, procurement and different subcontractors.

He/she will play an important role in defying and selecting of components across all company products and technologies with attention to functionality, quality, availability and cost.



  • Maintain and update the components database.
  • Monitor and resolve multiple component sources and lifecycle issues.

Position Requirements:

  • Sc. in electrical engineering. Practical engineer will be considered.

  • Knowledge and experience with database maintain in PDM environment. Experience with Agile PDM – An advantage
