We are looking for a strong candidate to be responsible for defining and implementing RADWIN’s digital marketing strategy to help drive company growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating the strategy, establishing best operational practices, implementing digital demand generation campaigns and lead acquisition programs while executing within the framework of the company marketing automation platform. Also owning and optimizing the company database and website, you will advise teams on the latest digital trends and use tactics such as web personalization, lead generation, email marketing, video marketing, paid and organic search and social media to achieve digital goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with a variety of marketing and sales managers throughout the organization to create, measure (using proven analytical skills), and optimize B2B digital marketing programs that achieve results. You should be highly strategic, dynamic, and technically savvy.

• Define and implement lead and demand generation campaigns focused on inbound marketing, nurturing, engagement, and sales enablement.
• Measure campaign performance and analyze key metrics (using Hubspot, CRM) to optimize campaign effectiveness, click-throughs, conversions etc., and funnel lead generation accordingly
• Manage the company websites and social media platforms while analyzing key metrics to increase visitor traffic and qualified leads.
• Drive global SEO strategy, including defining keyword hit-lists across multiple languages, geographies, and verticals, coordinating with our content team.
• Conduct research and competitive website audits, and leverage analytics to identify ways to improve digital presence.
• Distribute knowledge with internal teams and make recommendations on new content and campaigns based on lead behavior.
• Manage organic and paid acquisition budget to drive toward aggressive lead volume growth.
• Manage the database and maintain the cleansing process to remove cold and “fake” leads from the system
• Own work plan for testing new audiences, messaging, keywords, etc. as well as analyzing results.
• Be very organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Position Requirements:
• 3-5 years of lead nurturing/automation marketing experience (preferably with Hubspot) in a B2B technology company or equivalent internship experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in managing B2B websites / CRM
• Proven experience optimizing digital platforms to engage customers and prospects
• A clear understanding of how to create and optimize lead campaigns
• Excellent skills and experience creating analytical dashboards, delivering comprehensive campaign reporting and performing data analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment with a smart, motivated team.
