Roy Zisapel
Roy Zisapel, co-founder of Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), has been president and CEO since 1997, guiding its growth into a global leader with 35+ offices and 1,200 employees.
In 2024, Radware reported $275M in revenue and $70M+ in operating cash flow. Recognized by Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and Frost & Sullivan, the company leads in application security and delivery for multi-cloud environments.
Mr. Zisapel also chairs RAD Data Communications, PacketLight Networks, Bynet Data Communications, Bynet Data Center, and other RAD-Bynet Group firms.

Michael Zisapel
Dr. Michael Zisapel is a physician and presently practices rheumatology and internal medicine at Sourasky Tel Aviv Medical Center (Ichilov), and dedicates his medical expertise to lecturing students.
Beyond his clinical and academic pursuits, Michael is a member of the board of directors at PacketLight, RADWIN, and RAD.

Shaike Orbach
Shaike Orbach is a board member and consultant to leading technology companies, including Silicom and RADWIN. From 2001 to 2022, he was President and CEO of Silicom (NASDAQ: SILC), guiding its growth into a global leader in networking and data infrastructure.
Earlier, he served as President and CEO of Opgal (1996–2000), a pioneer in thermal imaging and electro-optics. Since 2022, he has continued to contribute his expertise as a strategic advisor and board member in the high-tech industry.
