✨ We’re hiring an HR Manager (Maternity Replacement) ✨

RADWIN is looking for a strong HR Manager to join us for a ~9-month maternity leave replacement and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across the organization.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role with real impact, ownership, and day-to-day involvement in all HR aspects.

What will you do?

·      Provide ongoing support to employees across the full employee lifecycle

·      Maintain and strengthen company culture and employee experience

·      Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

·      Manage offboarding processes

·      Lead and execute employee engagement and welfare activities (holidays, happy hours, special events, etc.)

·      Partner closely with managers and support their day-to-day needs

·      Lead the company performance review process

·      Own learning & development initiatives (including Udemy management and budget)

·      Support global organizational events (e.g., Sales Kickoff, offsites)

·      Drive internal communications across the organization

·      Manage HR administration and work with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, etc.)


Additional details:

·      Scope: 75% position

·      Location: Ramat Hayal, Tel Aviv

·      Start date: May 15th (for 9-10 months)

Requirements

·      6–10 years of overall HR experience

·      At least 2 years of hands-on, end-to-end HR ownership (Hi-tech is a plus)

·      Strong experience supporting employees and managers

·      Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment

·      Experience working with HR systems – such as Comeet / ODOO / Udemy

·      Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

·      Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

·      Proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented
