The Marketing Director will lead the company’s marketing function with a strong business and sales orientation, shaping and driving marketing strategy with a clear understanding of what needs to be done and how to achieve it. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels – moving fluidly between setting direction and executing it. The role demands strong multi-tasking skills, a deep command of AI and digital marketing, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role also requires direct customer engagement, and the ability to lead it with confidence and impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

•       Define and execute the global GTM strategy, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and messaging.

•       Lead all marketing aspects of product launches, from assets and sales enablement through to post-launch engagement.

•       Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns and digital channels, including the company website and partner portal, with a strong focus on performance, conversion, and lead generation.

•       Own content strategy and creation across all channels, the company website, campaigns, sales tools, and partner materials.

•       Drive pipeline growth by supporting regional sales teams and executing joint marketing programs with partners via strong relationship building skills.

•       Lead direct customer engagement programs.

•       Work with external vendors, agencies, and subcontractors as needed to support execution.

Requirements

•       At least 5 years’ Marketing / Product Marketing experience in B2B companies –

•       Extensive background in telecommunications technology and the communications market. Wireless Communications experience an advantage

•       Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA – an advantage

•       Proven experience in carrying out business growth activities with customers / partners

•       Deep, hands-on expertise in AI tools for marketing, sales enablement, and content automation

•       Strong digital marketing background with proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives (websites, portals, marketing tech)

•       High capacity, passion for the role, and positive energy. Strong personal presence and ability to engage customers directly. Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple teams in the company

•       Fluent English with excellent copywriting capabilities
